Our Process
Step 1: In-Home Consultation
The discussions have to start at some point so, we might as well meet at the jobsite (your home). We'll discuss what it is you want to accomplish and we'll get a chance to learn a little about each other.
Step 3: Design Engagement
We meet with the design team to discuss concepts and layouts. Once we land on a concept layout that you love we further focus on the materials, fixtures and finishes. At that point we final measure the existing spaces and create the fabrication drawings.
Step 5: Construction
This is a very exciting time. All of the planning is starting to take shape. Throughout the construction phase, you will be updated consistently.
Step 7: Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 1-year workmanship warranty.
Step 2: Baseline Project Contract
Based on our initial consultation and review of the project, we develop a preliminary scope of work with estimated costs and budget allowances for each major portion of the project. These baseline numbers provide a realistic starting point for planning and may be adjusted as the design is refined, and final material selections are made.
Step 4: Production Planning
We place material orders, line-up subcontractors and build-out the job schedule. The availability of the materials and people required to complete the job determines the job schedule.
Step 6: Final Walk-Thru
Upon completion, we review the project together. Quality is very important to us; this walk ensures the home meets your expectations.
